Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MRDN Connect (the "add-on"), a Google Workspace conferencing add-on published by MRDN Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these Terms.

The add-on is distributed for internal use only. It is installed by our Google Workspace administrator and made available solely to authorized users within our own organization. It is not offered to the public, and use by anyone outside our Workspace is not permitted.

The add-on lets an authorized user attach an MRDN Labs video meeting to a Google Calendar event as an alternative to Google Meet — creating the meeting room, writing its join details onto the event, and keeping those details in sync when the event is rescheduled or cancelled.

You agree to use the add-on only for legitimate organizational purposes and in compliance with applicable law and our internal policies. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the add-on or the services it depends on.
• Use the add-on to host meetings that violate law or the rights of others.

The add-on operates within Google Workspace and relies on Google APIs, and video meetings are hosted by our conferencing provider (Daily). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services outside our control.

Our handling of information — including data received from Google APIs — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The add-on is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these Terms as the add-on evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

The add-on is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRDN Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the add-on.
